According to Hot New Hip Hop, Wale and his label, Atlantic Records have gone separate ways. Are we the only Wale fans that notice Wale takes his time making his records? His due diligence to bring freshness with witty hip hop rhymes and artist creativity has conceived many hit records like Lotus Flower Bomb featuring Miguel and Fashion Week featuring G-Easy.

Unfortunately, Atlantic Records may not have thought too much on our lines. As listeners of the Ambition rapper, the same shown to be faint in his album sales.

Don't worry, Wale. If Atlantic Records doesn't see him as aspiring and a musical "asset", the once MMG rapper won't lose in vain. Wale is now a free agent. Should Wale put the same amount of charisma and creativity in establishing his own label, he can expand his creativity and range, how a rightful record label should.

Mama always said, "No one is going to do right by you - but you!" Wale is has yet to respond regarding the announcement from Atlantic. For all we know, Wale could be building his label, establishing his brand and working on new music.

We surely hope so! We wish Wale the best!
