Holiday Music Coming Under a Tree Near You!

The seasonal holidays are right around the corner and what best way to celebrate this time of the year but with good music. Historically, artists with holiday themed albums has done great in music charts. Mariah Carey, Elvis Presley, and Josh Groban are some of those who released albums with Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays as it’s theme and trust me - the list can still go on!

The holidays of 2017 are definitely not an exemption so as expected, various artists already started throwing teasers about an upcoming holiday albums as early as 3rd quarter of this year. Some of them had done holiday albums before and some are doing it for the first time.

Fantasia is one of those who is doing a holiday album for the first time. American Idol season 3 winner has been in the music industry since 2004, but she has not done a holiday themed album just yet. Her 12-track album called “Baby, It’s Cold Outside” is composed of some classic songs, originals and collaborations. The Christmas spirit will be filled with so much soul and music from the heart.

In support for this album, Fantasia is doing a series of concerts which kicks off on Nov. 19 at The Arena Theater in Dallas Texas. Another artist who’s dropping a Christmas album this year is Patti LaBelle and friends. She has been creating great music for a very long time now. It is not the first time for her to serenade everyone during the holiday season with her soulful rendition of Christmas songs.

On November 24, Patti LaBelle along with some friends will release their album called “Home For The Holidays” with pre-orders beginning on October 27th on iTunes and Amazon.
